Christ Church is a Christian Church in the Anglican tradition. We are part of the Diocese of Brandon, and the Anglican Church of Canada. We welcome all sorts and conditions of people into our midst. If you are looking for a place to explore your faith or spirituality please join us for worship on Sunday mornings, or call Pastor Rebecca at the numbers listed to the left.

 

Parish Vision: The ministy of Christ Church is to see and enjoy God’s love together through scripture, worship, and prayer, and to extend God’s love outside the parish through the power of the Holy Spirit. 

 

Parish Mission:

1.  We will be a worshipful parish where God is honoured and all God’s people welcomed, accepted and affirmed.

2.  We will help God’s people identify their gifts and provide opportunities for spiritual growth and direction.

3.  We will appreciate our Christian heritage and faithfully share it with those who are being welcomed into the Anglican family. 

4.  We will seek to be faithful to the Good News of Jesus Christ to help others come to know Christ as Lord and Saviour.

5. We will follow Christ as He reveals God’s will through Scripture, prayer, and the counsel of the Holy Spirit.

6.  We will be agents of reconciliation and healing to a hurting world.

7.  We will be responsible stewards of all God’s resources.

DEAR LORD, you have taught us to love one another, even as Christ has loved us; 

Enable us to enjoy and express your love;

Through service to you and our neighbour,

By reaching out to our community and the world,

By welcoming all sorts and conditions of people into our congregation, where they can grow in their faith and commitment;

Through Christ-centred worship,

Through mutual acceptance, fellowship and care,

Through sharing our Christian heritage, and

Through responsible stewardship of all our resources; Always following Christ as our Guide, in whose Name we pray.  AMEN.

BCP Holy Communion Sundays at 8:30am and 5th Sunday’s at 10:30 am


BAS Holy Communion 1st & 3rd Sundays at 10:30am


Morning Prayer 2nd and 4th Sundays at 10:30am (except when coinciding with a Holy Day and then Eucharist will be celebrated)


Tuesday Evenings:
Holden Evening Prayer at 7 pm  (NB: As of Shrove Tuesday / Ash Wednesday, this service moves to Wednesdays at 7:30 pm during Lent)
